It is a 2006 Peugeot 107 and I want to respray it the same colour.
There is no damage to the car, minus a few little scratches.
Uk answers only please, North West/Lancashire if possible.
Thank-you

As you would be spraying the same colour presumably you would be looking at an exterior respray ie not including any visible interior paintwork, boot or engine bay. probably 800-1000 pounds. Even though it is a small car the job is very time consuming (the actual spraying is the least of it) requiring the whole body to be flatted off to get rid of any traces of polish especially Silicone types and to give a good key for the new paint to adhere to. Masking up. Then spraying which could include a primer/undercoat, colour coat, lacquer coat [maybe more than one]. Flatting out any nibs and runs etc.

Hardly seems worthwhile on a 7 year old 106 and it will not make enough difference to its resale value to cover the cost.

No matter where you are in the country, you can get a cheap paint job for a few hundred, or spend thousands. One of the local chains (Maaco?) here in the Seattle area used to advertise a paint job (including 4 hours of prep labor) for $350, but I don't know how they can do it unless they use spray cans from Ace Hardware. Heck, I spent $750 for paint alone when I had my car repainted 10 years ago, but I'm sure you can spend even more than that. It all depends on what you want. Before I decided who I wanted to repaint my car, I asked my insurance guy for recommendations. I figured he's sent a lot of cars to be prepped and painted, and I'm sure he wants his customers to be satisfied. It worked for me. The guy did a nice job.
